Referring a Case to D’Orazio Peterson

The large majority of our cases come via referral from other attorneys. We do not take this compliment lightly, and we strive to offer referring attorneys an excellent experience.

We are always willing to enter into an ethically compliant referral arrangement with referring attorneys, but we’ve found that more than a referral fee attorneys generally want to know that their clients are being cared for.

We believe that communication is the cornerstone of a healthy attorney-client relationship, and make consistent efforts to keep both the client and referring attorney informed. We tailor our referral relationships to the desires of the referring attorney. Some like to be involved and informed every step of the way, others prefer to only be advised of major developments.

If you have a client who has suffered a severe injury as a result of negligence or medical malpractice, or who has been subjected to illegal conduct in the workplace, you can feel comforted knowing that we limit our practice to ensure that we are at the top of our game at all times.

Please feel free to contact us about referring a matter for consideration.

We also send a weekly email newsletter to attorneys only, which discusses litigation tips, law practice management, marketing and employee issues.  This email is sent only to our network of attorneys.  Sign up below to start receiving it today.
